Škoda have teamed up with the AA to provide roadside assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is available from just £99†. So if you have an unexpectedly breakdown or lock your keys in your car, we are on hand to assist.

Our breakdown assistance team are specially trained technicians who carry the latest diagnostic equipment and will only use Škoda tools and parts to help you get your car back on the road again.

Škoda Assistance covers the following:

Roadside

We provide 24 hour roadside assistance every day of the year, we aim to fix you car at the roadside but if this is not possible we will take it to the nearest Volkswagen Group approved bodyshop.

Home Start

Statistics show that 1 in 4 breakdowns happen at or near home, if this happens you will receive all the same benefits of Roadside at your home address.

European Breakdown Cover

We have a 24-hour English speaking helpline to provide emergency roadside repairs or towing to the nearest garage in over 30 European countries, plus onward travel options are available.

Relay

If we cannot repair your car at the roadside or find a local repairer, we will recover you and your vehicle to a single destination of your choice within the UK.

Relay Plus

If we cannot arrange a prompt local repairer we will offer alternative travel options.
