Working together with AA, we can support you should the worst happen with our qualified Volkswagen Group Technicians who will arrive in a specially equipped vehicle. This support is ready to get you back on the road and is available 24/7 thanks to our impressive network.

As standard, each new Audi model comes with 3 years of complimentary roadside assistance, whilst Approved used Audi models have the cover of a year by default,

Accident Management and Repair

If you should find your Audi in need of repairs due to involvement in an accident, why not choose one of our Marriott Audi Centres where we have a highly-trained team of Audi Trained Technicians. They will only use genuine Audi parts in the repairs of your vehicle, as well as Audi diagnostic equipment.

We're confident in our ability to restore your Audi to its former glory thanks to the skills of our expert team. Alternatively, for minor damage that affects the visual appearance of your Audi (i.e. scratches or scuffs), we can offer 'smart' repairs that are competitively priced and does not need to be claimed on insurance.

If you do need to go through your insurer for a repair job, our complimentary Audi Ensurance service will contact your insurer and will make sure they only use trusted Audi specialists.

To enhance your Audi experience with exclusive functions, features and services, we recommend downloading the Audi UK app for either the Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

 

With the app, you'll be able to look at your Audi Roadside Assistance package, access emergency contact numbers as well as adding your Roadside Assistance pass to your Digital Wallet, so it'll always be there should you need it.
